VO - Why this univ?
Me - Sir as u can see I have a full tuition waiver as well as an assistantship that covers all my expenses so this was my best offer.
VO - What are u going to do there?
Me - Masters in Mechanical Engg.
VO - and what is ur area of focus?
Me - I am looking to specialize in Finite Element but I have kept my options open since I consulted the professors at the university and they told me to come there and see for myself what suited me best and then choose my specialization........
(keeps typing..................so I am silent)
VO - Why have they given u a tuition waiver?
Me - Sir, it come with the assistantship
(I see the VO picking up the pre-departure orientation pamphlet of USIEF from behind and thus already know that visa has been approved so I get excited and also distracted..................)
VO - Which univs did u apply to?
Me - blah blah..........then mistake n univ name since got distracted! oops, corrected myself and continued and forgot 1 of the names of the univ I applied to..............
VO - I am approving ur visa
Me - THANK U, SIR!!! THANK U!!!
VO - ...............but (oh my god!!!)
Me - (now what??!!)
VO - ur passport and ur I-20 are the most important documents, so important that u dont forget to sign them (shows me that I havent signed the I-20) and when u fly to the US so keep them safe with u and dont lose them.
Me - THANK U, SIR. I will sign it at once
